Features:

 

                         
The Thread-body single acting hydraulic cylinder use imported oil seal and accessories to guaranted the quality . No oil leakage while clamping in high pressure for long time.  
The volume of the thread-body single acting hydraulic cylinder is small. It can be used in a small space in the fixture.              
This hydraulic cylinder is used to extend out, and then spring returns, but it can't be used for pulling back.                
The angle degree between the cylinder and workpiece could not be larger than 10°while installing.                
The bottom of the cylinder barrel needs a leakage-proof gasket.

HYDRAULIC SUPPORT ELEMENT Screw-in Construction Type  CSP (Low Pressure)

 

 

Product Features:

 

 

◆ Type A: Supporting with the spring, the spring is used to control a clamping force when the piston rod extends to a highest support position, then    clamps the work piece and lock the piston in a supporting condition.

 

◆Type B: Supporting with oil pressure, it is operated by means of oil pressure and is keeping in a supporting condition when being filled with oil and   clamp the work piece.

 

 

 

 

Key Features:

                   

1. The working pressure of supporting cylinder is from 20 to 70 kgf/cm2, with clamp cover and double acting piston, taking the low pressure on the oil to gain high supporting pressure.

 

  

2. The contact strength between piston rod and the work pieces is small ( 0.3-0.87kgf/cm2 ), and it can be applied on the various types of work pieces.

 

     3. The size is small ( four kinds, M26-M45). Large caliber, high supporting strength, can work steadily within the low pressure.) No need to change the size of fixture plate, and can be installed in small space.

- Mix.operating pressure: 20 bar

Remark:

 

Columns fortress cannot exert eccentric load.

Can’t exert overloaded    

◆Can’t turn the piston rod when it’s locking state.

Product Features:

 

Type A: Supporting with the spring, the spring is used to control a clamping force when the  piston rod extends to a highest support position, then clamps the work piece and lock the piston in a supporting condition

 

Type B: Supporting with oil pressure, it is operated by means of oil pressure and is keeping in a supporting condition when being filled with oil and clamp the work piece.        
- Max. operating pressure: 250 bar
- Min. operating pressure: 100 bar

- Single acting

 

Remark:

                           
The supporting force must match the clamp force of the swing clamp. The supporting force at least is equal to 150% of the clamp force of a swing clamp.
Do not exceed the maximum velocity of flow and avoid clamping it too early.              
Install the supporting cylinder in the middle place best.                  
The angle degree between the supporting cylinder and working face could not be larger than 10º while installing.
